Community’s first No Frills^® location creates 95 jobs and expands access to affordable groceries

July 30, 2026, Brampton, ON — No Frills^®, one of Canada's leading hard-discount grocery retailers, is opening Normand's No Frills^® in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, providing families with a convenient new destination for fresh food, everyday essentials and affordable groceries.

Located at 6 South Plains Road, the new 32,000-square-foot store brings the value, quality and assortment customers expect from No Frills^®, including fresh produce, pantry staples and everyday grocery essentials. The store also features an in-store bakery and hot, ready-to-enjoy chickens, offering customers convenient options for their weekly grocery trips.

The opening of Normand's No Frills^® will create 95 local jobs and provide customers in Emerald Park and surrounding communities with greater access to affordable grocery shopping. To celebrate the grand opening, the store will donate $1,500 to the Regina Food Bank, supporting its important work in helping individuals and families across the region.

Normand's No Frills^®, located at 6 South Plains Road in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, will be open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
